The lake has been frozen sense December, if not earlier. Even this week with temperatures in the 40s, people have been driving across the lake! This is not something I would ever do, but the ice fishermen do it all the time.
Stonewall is scared of the ice, unless it is covered in snow. He loves walking around the edge and playing. There are some cute pictures of our cute doggy.
We are so happy that Stonewall is making a full recovery from his Lime disease. We were so worried about our sick doggy. He was feverish and limping and very lethargic. Now he is back to his old antics, barking at ice fishermen, and jumping on the garbage men.

He is SO cute! I'm glad he's recovering, I would be beside myself if Hades was sick. Aren't dogs the greatest? I hope we get to meet yours soon. BTW, Jared and I took Hades to the dog park for the first time in months, there was a man there with two Newfoundlands, they were very sweet, it made me think of you!
